Heyward R. Prude III is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seal Of Approval Notary Services, LLC. Heyward has worked locally and nationally serving in multiple capacities for decades. He has some 15 years’ experience as a commissioned notary public. Heyward is an ordained Pastor and a certified loan signing agent. Heyward embraces the core values of integrity and innovation.
