During these unprecedented times of self-quarantine and social distancing, we must all take steps to ensure we stay healthy. Remember self-care is extremely important.
Washing your hands and practicing social distancing are great practical ways to take care of your physical health during this time. However, it is also important to take care of our mental health.
Keep your circle of contacts small, even during the holidays. When you are around others, stay 6 feel apart and wear a MASK. If you are sick, don’t go to work or school. Get tested and isolate until you know your results. If you have been in contacted with someone who has COVID-19, stay home and away from others for 10 days.
Wearing a face mask decreases the risk of spreading COVID-19. Wear a cloth face covering that covers your mouth and nose when around others and in public settings like a grocery store or parking lot. Help protect yourself and others by preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our communities by getting TESTED. Getting tested is important, COVID-19 mobile testing sites are operating in counties across the state.
